90 day to be oke

We can build habit within 90 days. In the first 30 days we got to be hard. but next 30 day is just easy to go, but have to do it in purpose. The last 30 days we just watch them doing the habit. But we still have to really watch them. Don't make them lose one single day! every 30 days give the the little prise. And Big prise on the 90 days. Then you can see how they love the new habit they have.
